What is the best way to contact Old Homeplace Cottages?
Call or text our managers, Travis or Monica at (828) 702-6031 or (828) 702-6032.
What do I need to bring with me?
Cabins have kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware, dish soap and dish towels. The beds have quilts, spare blankets and pillows. Linens (sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels) are also provided. One bundle of firewood is provided for outdoor fires. Additional bundles may be purchased for a nominal cost.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
There is an Ingles 3 miles west (NW) on Spartanburg Highway (176).
Are the cabins handicap accessible?
We have accessible first floors (no stairs required to enter) on a couple of units. If you are concerned about accessibility, please call to make sure you reserve a cabin that best fits the needs of those in your party
All cabins have at least one parking space near its cabin. We get all four seasons here and heavy rains bring mud. We do the best to keep the driveways in good condition, but drive at your own risk. If you would like to know more about the location and parking for a particular cabin, please call or email with inquiries.
What if I cannot make it for my reservation or have to leave early?
We try to accommodate you as best we can. Please read our cancellation policy (in the Policies section). We are happy to put your deposit toward a later stay if it is made within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for early departures.
